At first glance the neighbourhood seems weird but it was safe after all.
Very close to Munich main train station and subway station.
The staff was really friendly.
Not very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and they never changed our used towels!

Overall, my stay in this for 7 days was a very bad experience. The hotel is priced too much, and the receptionist is too rude. Only the lady who was in reception is good and gentle. In most of days, lift had problem and not working well. The cleaning staff didn't re-fill the shower gel and the water in shower is not draining well. Further the surrounding of the hotel in night feels not safe, lot of drunk peoples. I don't recommend this hotel for any one

Fantastic location near Old Town, restaurants, bars and clubs, as well as things such as Christmas markets. Rooms were very clean, nice new modern bathroom and everything dealt with professionally. Check-in was across the road at the Atlas Hotel.

Nice hotel room. The hall at the entrance has a weird smell, not sure from what. But the overall experience was nice and we had a nice stay. One day we also had the breakfast at the hotel, the coffe was mild and good and the selection of food was also very diverse.

We stayed here in the first week of August during the heatwave in one of the family rooms. Although it has a kitchenette it wasn't equipped with anything to cook with or to subsequently dine on or with. Fortunately we were aware and brought our own disposable cutlery, plates and cups. The lack of air conditioning meant we had to upgrade to an adjoining room (204 u0026 205). These rooms better suited our needs. The reception and cleaning staff were helpful, friendly and professional. This hotel is located close to many restaurants, a Lidl and Munich central station. Would happily stay here again.

Hotel was very clean, modern and well maintained. We enjoyed the close walking distance to downtown Munich, but the area directly around the hotel is highly populated with Arabic people, so it's not exactly German area. However, that's not to say we didn't feel safe or in good company. The a/c didn't work, (even after talking to staff about how warm it was (25c)) in our room but we just opened the windows and that was not too bad.

The reception for this hotel is at Hotel Atlas across the street. It is an older building, but with an elevator. The room is not too big, the bathroom is quite nice and the shower had good pressure. The room has a minibar, so you can cool a few things if they are not too big. I had a room with two relatively small beds close to each other, but the room has good air conditioning though. The TV is very small and has no modern HDMI ports unfortunately. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main station.
