Yfood have now set up a special Swiss store for customers in Switzerland. Swiss customers now have to pay around 33% more for the same product than German customers pay, although beforehand we could order the same product at the same price.

My order never arrived, and contacted them twice to find out what’s happening, and been ignored. Left a review on trustpilot saying the same, and they replied asking me to email them to the same email address they ignore! Very bad customer service!

I was excited about their product and ordered from them, the package just never arrived, and there was a problem with the tracking too, so couldn’t locate it anymore. Customer support doesn’t reply or update me about process, even though I am emailing them everyday.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

[EDITED] I used to like them and didn't understand the bad reviews, until I did...
I made a purchase of several shakes that were never delivered (there are several complaints from several people on different websites about the same thing). They never reply, you have to keep messaging them about it, and when they finally respond many months later they want proof of when you first complained or they won't do anything about it. Now pay attention: they are not saying they delivered the products, they confirmed they didn't, they still refuse to send the product (I wasn't even asking for a refund) not even if I pay for shipping AGAIN. They will try to tire you out so you give up. I'll never buy from them again and I do not recommend you do. There are better more complete products on the market that actually arrive and aren't a scam. This company has just the worst possible customer service and if you end up buying from them anyway you'll just be setting yourself up for a huge headache. I NOT NOT RECOMMEND.

Former opinion: “Don't trust the bad reviews. They seems to not know this type of product. I have no affiliation with Yfood, I am simply a satisfied customer with high standards for this kind of product. If you have tried meal replacements or protein shakes in the past you'll love it. This feels great to your body, if your previous fiber intake was too low you might need a few days to adjust, like with any change in your regular diet. All the flavors taste great! Banana, coconut and vanilla are a little bit more liquid which I prefer for the morning. Chocolate, coffee and strawberry are a little thicker in consistency which is great if you're taking them during lunch time, and if you pair them with a small snack like a piece of fruit or some nuts you'll feel full for hours and hours. If you are used to feeling tired after lunch or randomly in the middle of the afternoon this might help. I prefer having a regular flavor and then drinking coffee to actually buying the coffee flavor, it's a little to strong and you might get tired of drinking it everyday. This meal replacements are a great way for you to make sure you're eating all of the nutrients that you need, in the long term you and the people you love will be happy with your improved health. Do yourself a favor and try it. It's cheaper than ordering food anywhere and you'll feed good. Hope that helps”

Do not purchase from them! Buy Saturn instead, better costumer service, products and delivery time. Or just another brand.

Great product; could do with a bit less sweetener. Like that it is milk based and not soja based like a lot of other meal replacements. Wouldn't mind to be able to purchase bigger bottles or cartons instead of plastic, those are just minor things tho. Taste is good and the ingredients seem to be good.

They don't answer to customer enquiries. It's like talking to a brick wall. Their products aren't recyclable. Sad.
