The hotel is ideally positioned next to the Hauptbahnhof which is also walking distance to the 'old town' and many other main attractions.

It is inexpensive and was up to our expectations - comfortable room and bed, nice shower, friendly staff and they allowed us to store luggage on day of check in (we got there quite early) and also on day of check out until our departure.

Breakfast is a typical German breakfast buffet mostly of various breads, cereals, cheese, cold meats, etc.

Breakfasts were delicious as... very good. Friendly and careful staff. Thin pillows though, but that's common thing in hotels. Wonderful placement in the heart of München.

The room was huge and comfortable. It offered a nice place for relaxation after daily sightseeing. Rich breakfast was an additional benefit. I would also like to praise the receptionist Mirjana who was very friendly on all occasions.
Primarily, I booked this hotel due to its position close to the Main Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof), but the city centre is also within walking distance, which is another plus.

Great location + incredibly friendly staff! Huge selection of breakfast options, and the free water was a huge plus. Only downside with no AC is the windows need to be kept open, it was incredibly loud outside so a little hard to sleep!

Excellent location opposite to Munich central train station (München Hauptbahnhof).

The room was clean and neat.
Rooms are equipped with a mini fridge ( I consider it as an advantage since it is unlikely to find it in the hotels in europe)

The rooms size is fine so it is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.

Costs 94€ per night for a single grand room.

The staff provided excellent service and were courteous and professional. We were pleasantly surprised at how promptly HEH was able to correspond with us via email, as we did not want to make expensive phone calls as international travelers. We needed to extend our stay by one night and they were able to process our request so quickly and easily via email. It was much appreciated!

We booked the smallest room, yet it was still spacious and comfortable for 2 travelers. The room was clean and was equipped with a ceiling fan and a stand-up portable fan to help keep us cool as the rooms do not have air conditioning.

The location was great- just mere steps from the main train station and a 20 minute walk to attractions like the Marienplatz, Neues Rathaus, Hofbrauhaus, Viktualienmarkt, and Munich Residenz. You can also reach one edge of the English Garden via a 30 minute walk. There is a great laundromat approximately 5 minutes away by foot and plenty of food in the area.

Bonus- the hotel lobby has a water dispenser for both still and sparkling water!
