This hotel got offered to me as my train was cancelled. The room was small but cozy, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. A good breakfast was included and i got extra coffee on the go.
There's stairs to enter though, so accessibility is a bit hampered for wheelchair users. But I'm sure staff would help if they are aware.

Fantastic location, excellent transport links, however improvement can be made on the facilities, such as better quality iron and more attention to cleaning, other than that it's a adequate hotel if you are in town for the weekend,. The reception staff need a lesson in basic manners as they have attitude of monkeys from the jungle , staff are like the price you pay... Cheap quality.
Location is the best thing about here as you wake up and can instantly leave and explore Munich

Good location hotel, right next to the main entrance of Munich Hbf. The treatment received by the receptionists was not good at all. The check in process took more than 10 minutes (impacted by covid restrictions) but the manners and kindness of the receptionist was simply not good.

The hotel is relatively old with very small room sizes (they are MUCH smaller compared to the pictures online), but they were tidy and clean. The shower is one of the smallest I've ever seen (so if you are a bit big, it will be very uncomfortable to shower in there).

The check out process and again, the treatment by the receptionist in the morning shift was really not good, very unfriendly.

This is a nice place to stay when visiting Munich! Check-in was very easy and fast. And the staff very helpful! The prices are very reasonable in comparison to other hotels just a block away. The breakfast is just amazing! You are asked to wear gloves when going to the breakfast buffet. That is a big plus! The rooms are very clean and modern and have a water cooker and safe. There are plenty of hand disinfecting stations located in the hotel also. Public transportation is just a step out the hotel door!

We were forced to find a place to spend the night because following a big storm all rail service connections were discontinued. Found a pretty good offer through booking.com and were more than pleased with this place. Sure, it's not a high-end hotel but we could hardly find anything to complain about. Great view (towards Frauenkirche), complimentary water and tea, a spacious room and nice bathroom, very decent beds, super easy check-in and the breakfast much exceeded our expectations with almost anything you could ask for. Also, it's nice that check-out isn't until noon.

The hotel has an excellent location just outside the Hauptbahnhof. Everything is clean. Senior rate was excellent as was the included breakfast. Front desk staff were very pleasant and professional and readily stored our luggage both before and after our stay.
Only suggested improvement is the condition of the carpeting in room and public area. We had a large stain that was very obvious in our room which was finally removed our last day so could have been done sooner. Also there are metal strips between carpet squares in the hotel foyer that stand up higher than the carpet. I tripped and I witnessed several other guests also tripping. This should be addressed before someone is seriously injured.
I also had an issue with my reservation not printing and when I emailed the hotel their response was very prompt and helpful. I have stayed at intercity hotels before and this was my first issue with the website but I was very pleased with the prompt assistance. We will not hesitate to stay again.

Location is right next to the main station which is very convenient. Staff was unfriendly during check in but it seemed like that was isolated to just one very unhappy employee. Rooms and bathrooms are very small (especially when sharing the space with another). Also had to pay €20 to "check in early" even though the room was already ready, which is ridiculous and was not listed on their policies. A pretty good spread of traditional European breakfast options in the morning. Basically, for the price it got the job done for 1 night. Just don't expect much.
