Enjoyed my stay. Great location, affordable, clean, and enjoyable shared areas. It was a little hot without air conditioning but not too bad. I appreciated that this room (6 person shared) was bigger than all my other hostel rooms I stayed in during my Europe trip, and even had room for a table in the middle. The extra space was nice. Def bring your earplugs or be prepared to play white noise… the room windows open to the common area where people can get loud if they’re drinking. Wasn’t a problem for me, just FYI. I would def stay here again. :)

Good, central location. 2min to Munich Main station. Hostel looks nice, modern, green. Rooms are big and have table! The breakfast is cheap and basic nice. The people/staff are nice.
Just the rooms could be more clean. We had some dirty bed sheets and nobody cared. The cleaning staff just put new bed sheets on the beds and didn't clean sth else.

A great stay in Munich and located just a stone's throw away from the Hauptbahnhof
Really comfortable dormitory rooms which are clean and well equipped. Friendly service offered . They also have a nice bar with a pool table with music playing at night along with a comfortable area to chill with friends. Additionally its budget friendly and ideal for weekend getaway with friends or even long stays.

This hostel was very cool- had live music and a fun bar and great suggestions for activities in the area. However, the staff didn't communicate with one another very well which led to us having to ask for a fan 3 times (they said they'd bring it to us the first time) due to no AC in the rooms. Wifi was very unreliable, even in common areas. Bathrooms weren't stocked and were just barely clean enough. Overall, it was a decent place to interact with others, but was not the most comfortable place, especially for the price comparatively to other hostels.

The location is great, that’s about it. The place is quite dirty, there’s pretty much no atmosphere. The common room is eerily quiet you’re almost scared to talk there. Hardly a fun environment. The kitchen is good. The staff are quite uninterested in helping in any way, and the pillows are so bad, putting aside the fact the pillow cases don’t even fit the pillows properly. Also the wifi doesn’t work in most places in the hostel. wouldn’t really recommend this place, but it is slightly cheaper than other surrounding places. Now I know why

I stayed at the Wombat hostel near the central station which is an amazing location, especially if you arrive late at night. My first room was horrible as it was connected to the common room (a room with a glass ceiling), the windows didn’t open fully, it smelled bad (mix of sweat, onion and stinky feet) and it was hot and noisy! In the morning I asked for another room and the staff was super kind and helpful, they have me a way better room on the 3rd floor above the common room ceiling which is connected to open air. They also offered to clean the room and turn on the A/C of the common room at night (as it is connected). Why they don’t do that permanently, I have no clue. Breakfast was good and the facilities of the bar and common room as well. Very cozy at night with a lot of people enjoying drinks and each other’s company

This hostel has everything you need
Free towel
A good kitchen
A bar
Laundry
And friendly helpful staff
The room has an ensuite which was clean and well kept too.

Only downside was the room had no air conditioning and is like a sauna in our room. The small fan in the corner just wasn’t enough. The weather in the day was max 22 and in the night s around 12 so can’t imagine how how hot it would get in the Summer.

I would come back but only in the winter as the nights where very sweaty if you don’t mind this then this hostel would be perfect for you.
