The rooms were plain dirty. Huge dust piles under beds. Creepy stain on the couch. It smells like cigarettes everywhere. Grease stains or finger prints on every door handle and cabinet door. A long black hair hanging from the dishwasher handle. More stains on refrigerator door. Random soap diluted with WATER in the kitchen. Bathroom had strange windows into the wall into some kind of a plumbing or pipe system. S**t or blood or something on the wall behind the toilet paper roll holder. Nothing to clean any of this stuff up...

Otherwise the room size was pretty good and it would have been a pretty good residence if it wasn't taken care as if it was a dump.

An excellent hotel. We had a family room on top floor that was spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff kept it spotless and were very helpful and nice. The hotel was close to the central station and walking distance of markets and tourist areas. We will return. Thank you

Rooms are very run down. Furniture is broken or on its last legs, curtains come off the walls when pulled (curtains don't even fit over the windows entirely and still let the light in), the mirrored cupboard with 3 doors in the bathroom has 1 mirror left because one door is gone completely and the other is missing it's mirror. It's dusty and the glasses in the kitchen have food parts left in them. Found a bit if cucumber in my glass. Yummy :-)
Cleaning staff didn't make the beds and clearly didn't clean. Even the floor of the hall way to the room was dirty. We were told checkout is at 1pm yet at 8mins to 12pm we were reminded to leave.

Luckily we're easy going people and literally only went there to sleep. I would not stay here again even if I was paid to do so.
WiFi was good, location was good and the guy at reception was friendly as well.

This place was not that bad. It's nothing fancy but the lobby is nice and check in was easy. It was pricey, €180 for the one night we stayed for a 3 person bedroom but it is 9 min walk to Oktoberfest. The lobby and common areas seemed recently remodeled. I would recommend staying there if you are not looking for a high class room.

Other than the great location I cannot recommend staying here. The first moment we entered our room I found several BUGS on the sheets. Also the smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag, obviously not safe.

The room itself had no climate control and we were unable to open the windows as it led directly to a very busy street with a lot of traffic.

When we tried to check out at the required time there was no one working at the desk and we waited for more than 15 minutes with other guests just to check out. Luckily we had given ourselves extra time to catch our train home otherwise we would have missed it due to the unprofessional staff.

Steer clear of this place, overall terrible experience.

Almost forgot, the door handle to the bathroom fell off once I touched it.

Extremely useless AC, no kitchen utensils although it’s an apartment. Shower flow is creepy and over consumed. The hallway does have a pungent cigarette smell although our room is no smoking. The bedroom is not a welcoming place.
