The hotel is very nice, I loved the artworks disseminated all around!! Our room was quite big and perfectly clean. Breakfast was abundant and various, and tasty.
All the personnel was kind and always ready to help.
Plus, in a 5 min walk you can easily reach the central station.

The breakfast was tasty and AC was good... the room wasn’t the cleanest. The table was dusty, the toilet seat had hairs on arrival, and they had worn, used shampoo bottles in the bathroom. It just seemed unclean. If the room was cleaner the experience would’ve been better. On up side was the front desk had electric plug converters for international travelers (refundable deposit required). The rest of the hotel looked clean and the art decorations were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and staff were kind.

I booked a single-person stay and I got a room in the annex, which is newer, smaller and quieter than the main building (they are connected through a small inner courtyard). I was very impressed by the room I was given: double bed, foldable couch, two chairs, two armchairs, table, bench, mini fridge, mini stove and kitchen sink, lots of light with windows on both sides, very clean and decent bathroom, lots of mirrors, good TV with German, French, British etc stations on it. The staff was very nice. Breakfast is very rich in options and well cooked/good produce. They have a storage room for luggage. There are two subway stops close to it and the main train station. I would say I got really good value for my money with my stay in the annex room.

Stayed there in August 2022 for 2 nights with family. Room was clean and spacious. Had a small issue when we checked in but was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast from 6.30-10am. Typical German breakfast with breads, cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage, yogurt with fruit and meats and cheese. Location is excellent to the central station. With some nice restaurants within walking distance. Tram stop at the end of the street. Some surrounding areas can be a bit dodgy which is typical around city stations. But overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean, and, as the name suggests, artistically decorated with various paintings and sculptures, you'll be taking plenty of photos during your stay. My room had a pensive looking dark grey humanoid on top of the wardrobe, I quite liked it.

Breakfast was included with the room I picked, and was excellent - not fancy, but a buffet with a great selection of tasty options, and a decent coffee machine.

Staff were around all the time and helpful.

My room was of a good size, had a decent table, and Wi-fi speeds were great too, so it would be a good place if you need to do work.

if you're looking to stay somewhere that's well connected, then this is your spot. 5 minutes' walk from the central station, with excellent train and subway links. Not to say it's a very nice area, as it's very busy with loads of people running around, but logistically it's as good as it gets.

Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms: spacious and bright, perhaps could do with a small refresh and a deep clean in some areas but good overall. If your facing the road it can be a bit loud
Service: is great, really nice breakfast and overall pleasant experience of checking in and out
Location is great, close to many amenities and plenty of different routes to use to get to the main square.

Stayed for a night with family here. At the entry itself the quality of art work and artefacts surprised me. The lobby was full of high quality art work and sculptures. Corridors and rooms also had a similar touch. The chairs are designer.
The staff here at reception is very helpful. The breakfast was good and elaborate. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The property is with in walking distance from Munich Bahnhof.
