Nothing works here as it suppose to.
1. The last thing that made me leave this review is dishwasher that is broken during my stay. I asked for the help on the reception, but that said I have to wait until Monday. What am I supposed to do this days?
2. A/C is switching on automatically every time I open and close the window. So every time I close the windows I have to switch off A/C. Moreover it never switches off by the first attempt. I have to push button several times before it actually switches off. Otherwise I starts working again in a several seconds. That is super annoying
3. There should be a cleaning once a week. However they often just skip a cleaning, so I have to specifically to ask for a cleaning
4. When I checked in, there were literally nothing on the kitchen: there were no kettle, only one spoon, only one fork, no knife, no cutting board. I had to ask this staff specifically, and buy my own cutting board.

The only good thing about the place is nice personal on the reception, without them rating would be lower

Good location but a scruffy area.
Stay was OK but room has escaped attention for too long. No soap in the shower dispenser, very little soap in the sink dispenser, shower tray drain needs to be bleached because it smells of drains, no detergent tablets for the dishwasher which made it unusable.
Euro1.0 for Nespresso coffee capsules is too much.
No room servicing! This is NOT acceptable.

I checked in on a really hot July day and had to change 3 rooms before I got a room with a functioning air-conditioning. Can't say the same for my colleague. He had to spend the very warm night in a room with a kapoot A/C. The staff (Jasmine) was very polite and apologetic. She salvaged the situation. Would have given a lower rating if not for her.

On arrival, I had to wait 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time for my room to become available.
To access the room and avoid an even longer wait, I had to accept that the dishwasher was still running and would have to unload myself. The poor lass on reception had no visible support and was trying her best to deal with other disgruntled guests too who had also been forced to wait.

On entering the room, it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, just a cursory wipe down. There was a dirty plate that had been left in the microwave and no coffee pods in the room. There were also visible hairs in the bathroom. To top it all, in 30 degree + heat, the air-conditioning wasn't working. I was told that I couldn't change rooms until the next day at the earliest. I was given a fan for the room but this didn't help.
When I went to change the room the next afternoon, there was a very rude guy working on reception who tried to persuade me to keep the room I had. He took a phone call while he was dealing with me and proceeded to deal with that customer's enquiry for 10 minutes before returning to me. I worked in customer relations for 16 years and one of the basics is to give priority to the person in front of you, take details of anyone who calls and then return their call at the earliest opportunity. Fortunately, the receptionist from the previous day appeared and managed to get me a room with functioning air-conditioning.

I sent an email to the hotel manager outlining my issues the next morning but they didn't bother to reply.

This hotel seemed very understaffed with no visible duty manager support. If there are staffing and maintenance issues, this should be addressed as a matter of urgency. Perhaps a review of check-in Check-out times needs to be undertaken so that guests are not unfairly made to wait for their rooms to be properly readied for their arrival.

This was my first, and definitely very last stay in an Adagio Aparthotel and I will make every effort to dissuade any friends and family from ever using one.

This is a hotel apartment with basis necessity. The hotel is within mins walk from the Munich Main station, and about 25 mins walk to the Old Town. For business people who wish to have a hotel near train station, with basic necessity, it is quite acceptable.

However, do not expect much from the hotel. It provides some basic utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, a 3-in-1 shower gel. They also serve free coffee at the dining area. Overall, for the price and quality of hotel, I will rate it at most a 3 stars (that’s why i didn’t even take any photos). We booked 3 rooms, and the aircon for 2 of the rooms was out-of-order (during hot summer). They managed to get a replacement room for us on that day, but the 2nd replacement room was given the next day.

If you get a room with a view of the street, the road noise is horrendous! There's an ambiance or police siren every 10 minutes... it must be the access road to either the hospital or police station. The windows don't shut all the way and the hotel refuse to fix them or move you to an inner room.

We have been there for our visit to Munich,the staff at reception very helpful and polite,and the location is near the center and train station
But they are clear short of staff the rooms is very dusty and not clean and the dishwasher old and the room very hot as they seems not cleaning the AC filter for long time
