The staff was very friendly and accommodating! When we arrived early to Munchen, we were able to check in early. We requested a room away from the main street and the staff made that happen! When our flight left late, we were able to leave our luggage there for the day, even though we checked out.
The hotel is also very well located. Right across from the train station and a 10 min walk from the old town.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. We stayed there 2 times, and the first time we were happy to have a very roomy bathroom with an actual door and window to the outside. The second time we stayed, the layout was a little different and the bathroom had one of those sliding barn doors and no windows to the outside. I found it was a little less private, but knowing this, I would just request a room with specific features. The breakfast they serve is delicious and well priced.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and will happily stay there again in the future.

We had a pleasant stay here.

+ Good spacious clean rooms.
+ Good restaurant inside the hotel.
+ Centrally located.
+ Friendly staff who are ready to help.

The place is very next to central train station, under ground train. Trams and buses are also very nearby.

We were able to find nearly everything in walking distance (u003c 1km).

Had a very pleasant and easy stay we will prefer the same place if we visit Munich again.

Eden Hotel Wolff took us in when Deutschebahn stranded us in Munich overnight. Notably, they were the only hotel that told us we could get a voucher from DB for the hotel. Then put us up in a deluxe room on the top floor.
The hotel is wonderful. Despite being across the street from the train station, it is very quiet. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and the linens are luxurious.
All in all, an excellent experience on what could otherwise have been a really miserable night.

If you're a solo traveler coming to Munich this is the ideal spot. It's literally across the street from the Munich central station -- not even a 5 min walk. They have everything you could possibly need - there is a bar, restaurant and a spa on the 7th floor.

I wish I had more time to explore the hotel. It's literally a straight 20 min walk from the hotel to the old town and everything else. Restaurants along the way too if you want variety.

The room was spacious, it had AC, free Wifi, hair dryer and a mini fridge! The bathroom was nice and big. Will definitely come back to the place. They also store luggage for you when checking in or out.

It’s okay. It’s very close to the main train station and therefore all the connections. The staff are super kind as well. Room is fine, nothing too special. Price is okay I guess for the location. I’m docking a point though because the WiFi isn’t even good enough to hold a voice call let alone a video call with my parents. If you don’t care for WiFi at all, this is a perfectly good hotel for you!

If you will be using the train a lot during your visit, this would be a great hotel for you. If you are not, I would probably not stay here again.

Pros:
Working air conditioner (note cleaning staff will turn it off)

Daily cleaning and bed make up is very decent

Restaurant on site is very pricey but it is convenient

Beds are okay

There is an ATM, very close by but it is a Euronet

You can get a king size bed ????

Cons:
Service people are not very friendly or helpful but this seems rather common for munich I believe

Too close to rowdy crowds right outside the door

Too far from many attractions and taxi drivers will take you the long way everywhere

Expensive

Overall:
All in all it is a good hotel but I would probably not stay here again but I would probably not come to Munich again either.

So take into consideration what you want to do while here. If it is to take day trips by train this is an excellent choice, if not I'd look elsewhere
Thanks

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen.. ultra expensive but the rooms are too small. Also nothing in the room; no slippers, no tea/coffee, no kettle, no slippers, etc...
Additionally the bed and the pillows are not comfortable...
The only positive thing is the location of the hotel, at the city center..
If you want to spend your money for an uncomfortable night, this is the correct address...!
