Stayed one night, June 9-10, 2022. Small, very, very clean and neat room. Great location directly across the street from the Munich main train station, and the Lufthansa airport bus stops in front ????!
Purchased breakfast. Good variety of choices and it was filling.
Reception staff we met was very helpful, attentive and most of all - patient! Best hotel reception staff attitude we have encountered in our two months traveling in Netherlands, Germany and Austria.. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends who are frequent travelers.. would have given 5 stars if they had a bit more roominess and perhaps a little mini fridge in the room..?, otherwise a very good hotel experience. ????

Small room, expected given the price. Room itself was somewhat neat looking, bathroom very old-fashioned, toilet and sink are small, shower is tiny and was not really inviting. Our window was facing the street and it was VERY loud at night, rooms are super warm in summer and thick blanket, makes it hard to get proper sleep. Mattress is good, bed is small. For a night stay, it is ok, given the price. I would not want to stay here longer than that.

The rooms are clean and just big enough. Good shower. Missing a small fridge. The room overlooked the main station, so no surprise, it was noisy throughout the night, we could barely sleep. I would stay there again but make sure they give me a room on the back. Service was uneven, depending on who you talk. Sometimes helpful, sometimes not at all.

The only thing I am sure about this hotel is this is NOT a three star hotel - it is TWO star. If it were marketed as such I would be less concerned. But the rooms are stark, uninviting and terribly dated and the bathrooms are prison-like in size. Having stayed in other three star hotels in the same time period this one was lacking on so many fronts. No in room fridge, no decoration, limited soundproofing - and so on. Lose a star and price appropriately and fair enough. Or, go one stop on the Metro and get way better for way less

The room is microscopic but it's in a good location, so it does the job. My room was one facing the streets, so you often get the occasional group of drunk people yelling at all hours – I'd recommend earplugs! The main issue with my stay were the very cheap bed linen. I woke up every few hours in LITERALLY a pool of sweat due of the cheap unbreathable material of the bedding, which made for an uncomfortable night. Was also not hugely happy with the shower, which didn't seem to heat up much, and the hair drier, which was also very cheap quality and I could smell a burnt smell. 5/5 for location, 1-2/5 for everything else.

Good location, but small outdated rooms with no air conditioning, and not so welcoming staff.
Unfortunately I have to rate it very low due to the very unpleasant first interaction with the receptionist named Prodanovic.
Wish hotel management to invest more to staff training. To learn what is excellent customer service and how to provide it!

5 Hirofumi Kawakubo - a month ago

Conveniently located next to the Munich central station. The entrance to the station is literally 10sec walk from the hotel. It's a bit away from the city center, but you can reach there (e.g. Marianplaz) in 15min using S-bahn.

The hotel gave us free drink (water, soda u0026 beer) per person just because I am a Best Western member. The price is very reasonable for the location and service.

As one downside, there is no A/C in the room and I had to keep the window opened during night, but it was quite noisy outside because it was weekend nights.
