Best staff I have ever seen in any rental company, I had some problems with my credit card and they helped me to solve that. I also got a free upgrade for the car. Definitely I will rent there again. I strongly suggest to rent a car in this location in Munich.

Staff was excellent, very helpful. It was our first time driving in Germany and Austria and they told us everything we needed to know. Had no trouble finding the car in the garage. Car was in like new condition. Experience was very smooth from start to finish . Will definitely use them again

Unethical liars. My mother and I booked a rental from August 5 - August 30 for 2441 EUR, sadly my mother suddenly passed away on August 8 and I had to return to my country on August 9. I dropped off the car at the airport on August 9 and was informed that the company understands what happened and will fully refund the remaining days of the rental. It is now August 30, I have received no refund or update and have contacted the customer service team by email and they are informing me there will be no refund. Very shocked especially that I am a valued Sixt customer and have rented 3 cars from them this summer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unethical and have lied to us.

Very fast service, the Young Lady Denise served us . friendly and well Trained.She gave us all the necessary information we needed. Only negative for the company, the driver has to make a reservation with his details data. another name Person will not be charged nand the Driver will have to pay +70 euros extra .

I would recommend to check carefully e-mail from Sixt about car drop off location as it is different from office address. Make sure you learn about German holidays as office would be closed without information on front window about it. Be ready to meet with impolite personnel in the office

We had a wonderful experience renting a car through Sixt car rental in Munich. The staff was professional, helpful, and very efficient. As Americans traveling in an unfamiliar country, the Sixt staff made our experience extremely easy. We drove the Autobahn with the top down!!! Thank you thank you thank Sixt car rental. Today was a day we will never forget.

Car was okay but missing remote opener, typical annoying questions like bonus insurance and special services even if they were already denied at order. Moreover bad communication afterwards by a delayed invoice besides billed for delayed return .(Return was at 22pm via drop and on receipe return was next day morning at 8am)
