The breakfast spread is very nice. Don’t miss the live omelettes prepared by Chef Samy, simply the best. I had really good omelettes after long time in such hotels. The stay was also nice, the family rooms are big and very comfortable, but are on lower floors (1 and 2). The service at the bar is also nice and quick. The entire staff at the front desk and guest assistance is very pleasing and friendly. It is a very basic hotel, not many facilities or room options, it’s like a business Bu0026B hotel

A delightfully located and friendly hotel. Right across the road from the train station, and only a short walk from the center of the old town, this was the perfect choice for our quick Munich getaway. The rooms are simple but well fitted, the staff are friendly, and the included breakfast was very good.

The room had an electrical problem (outlets u0026 lights did not work in part of room). We reported it FOUR times over three days (including a staff member visiting our room to view the problem) before it got fixed. The room floor u0026 lamps were dirty. Bath towels were rough and had holes in them. The location of the towel warmer INSIDE THE SHOWER is absurd, towels get wet in shower! The shower glass enclosure is too small making it impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor. We booked a triple for 3 adults but the room was entirely too small for three adults. The "bed" provided for the third adult was essentially sofa cushions with a sheet and was very uncomfortable. Twice, staff members let themselves into our room without knocking. We didn't buy the 18euros breakfast (too expensive, plenty of cafes nearby).

First the good things: very friendly and professional welcome. The location from a transport point of view and city tour is excellent: train station at 30 meters, metro and other transport at less than 10 meters, city center at 200 meters, wi-fi is free and fast enough (you can buy a faster premium solution). The Hotel has an agreement with a nearby car park (15 euros per day instead of 30 euros). Bad things: the area near the station is noisy, dirty and busy, the rooms are clean and well finished but very small (I recommend, if possible, the premium room), the bathrooms lack the bidet and the shower is poorly designed (water often comes out of the shower tray), the TV is large but with outdated menus and controls. We encountered only one problem with the elevators: there are three but small and there is often a long wait for breakfast in the morning and returning in late afternoon, especially if you do not want to enter a completely full elevator due to Covid issues. The cost is a bit high, but we went during the European Championship and therefore, in the end, quite aligned with the competition.

Stayed here for a week in July 2022.

Location was perfect for us, since we used this hotel as a base for sightseeing using local trains and S-bahn. And a short walk to the U-bahn and tram for exploring the city.

We did not have the breakfast, so I can not say anything about that.

On arrival there was a plate of fruits and cakes on the table in our room.

Our room was nice, and big enough, and had a good bed. I never liked the idea of a double duvet, but that is just my personal preference.

The bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice. Perhaps a door or a shower curtain could have been a benefit, since some water always ended up on the floor outside.

Minor complaints about the housekeeping: some days the garbage bin was not emptied, some days we did not have enough towels, some days they did not replace used glasses. And the plate that the welcome fruits and cakes was served on, was not removed until three days had passed.

And who in their right mind came up with the idea of spraying perfume in the lobby. That was just awful.

Also the reception staff was friendly and helpful, but their workstations looked inefficient and they probably would have benefitted from having bigger counters so they could have been able to do their job a bit quicker.

But all in all, a good experience.

Everything was just what I expected for a 4* hotel. The location is a very good one if you want to visit the city, 10-15 min walking distance from city center or Oktoberfest; however, it is located next to the central station, so you might hear some noise if the windows are open. The room was clean, reception staff very professional, breakfast ok. A bit pricey during Oktoberfest.

Stellar hotel directly across from Hauptbanhof. A/C, bar, store luggage early, great view of city. Pricing reasonable. 24/7 staff. Nespresso machine in room. Tea kettle in room. Mini bar fridge in room. Great shower. Safe in room. Would book again.
