Clean and modern room. No problem relaxing in peace and quiet after my five days of touring the city. Good location. Central Station just a few minutes away by foot. Center City also within easy walking distance from the hotel. Staff are polite and pleasant.

Located right by the train station and metro. Not a very far walk to the center if you don't mind walking. No mini-fridge. And the room has a window going into the bathroom for some reason. But the room had pink curtains and when the sun hit the window the whole room turned pink which was a cool effect. The room itself was spacious enough for two and their luggage. For this price range it's a good deal. The others that charge a little more don't offer anything more.

Stayed for one night, room was perfect size and very clean. The only thing I would say is that the shower didn’t have a glass door, only a curtain so if the shower was pointing outwards the water would go all over the bathroom floor. Had a hairdryer in the bathroom which was very handy

Things I did get in my hotel room:

¤An unchanged trash can with used tampons still inside
¤An extra something on the side on the bed, I'm not sure but it could be snot or blood.
¤Someone's leftover shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask
¤short brown hair, on the wall of the shower, probably from someone else shaving
¤Stains a plenty
¤trouble checking in, even though we had paper receipts of her reservation with name and room number. Staff repeatedly told us varying requirements.

Things I didn't get in my hotel room
¤a change of sheets after room service; the sheet with a mysterious stain was still there the next day.
¤a do not disturb sign

On the last morning of my stay, someone unlocked my door while I was asleep and promptly tried to exit without my notice. It may have been a confused guest or the cleaners, either way just another unpleasant part of the stay.

Overall, I really tried to find something I liked or that was decent of Creatif. Unfortunately, every part felt disgusting, neglected, and confused. If you desperately just need a bed or shower, then this fulfills the purpose. Otherwise, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Too noisy area, it is always noise around. At night some guys were screaming, being loud till the morning. I was able to sleep only with Noise canceling Headphone on. Also, when I go out, I wanted to leave my keys at reception, but they rejected it, and told to keep it until I checkout.

Let's start with the hallway that gives access to the rooms. I am not a specialist in floors(????????) but they appear to be abandoned and dirty.
when we arrived at the bedroom door, we noticed a sloppiness with the appearance of the hotel.
Entering the room, we see that it is a simple room, we expected this because the value was very low.
What's missing in the room? We don't have a minibar, the wardrobe door doesn't close, the sofa in the bedroom appears to be extremely dirty, we don't have plugs near the bed, only one in the bathroom and one hidden by the trash we have in the room. ????????
We also have complaints about the bed. Very short, who has back problems is not easy. (I'm glad I don't have)
The bed is quite small, I'm 190 cm, if you have more than that, get ready to sleep with your feet out of bed.????????
The mattress is not the best, but for the value we can't demand much.
Let's go to the bathroom. Horrible shower, what separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom is a tarp. (????)
The hotel area is not very welcoming, but it is not a problem for the hotel, but for the city hall, which does not keep the streets near the train station clean.
Do I regret staying here? Yes, but the value was very attractive.
What made us unhappy was the cleanliness, you don't need to have a fancy hotel, but the cleanliness should be impeccable.

Same owner with Amba hotel.. Superb location near to train station. Cheaper price that serve your a purpose.
