Courtyard by Marriott Munich City East

This is the hotel I chose for my business trip. Still, I booked a long-term stay thinking that it would be a basic service because it is Marriott Courtyard.

The bottom line is the worst. The service is terrible except for being quiet because the location is close to the station and it is a residential area right behind it. I only received a 500ml bottle of water on the first day of check-in, but I have to buy water after that. And the bathroom cleaning is just changing the towels, but the hair is still there.
Yesterday, when I came back to the hotel after work, there was a mop in front of the TV and I left this complaint at the hotel, but there was no response.
I've traveled about 30 times and it's the worst.

Perfect location , tram/bus stop just right in front of the hotel and 20min.ride into city centre , 5 min.walk to train station. Room is clean, comfortable, no slippers / body lotion prepared but it’s ok for us. Breakfast is over expectation!! Overall, would stay again if we have to visit Munich,;)

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip around Europe. Good value and decent location a little bit outside the city centre. The #21 tram stops right outside and takes you into city centre in a few minutes. Only disappointing thing is the hotel bar/restaurant is closed for a few weeks, which we were not told about ahead of time.

The hotel itself was fantastic!! Great location and easy to find via metro

The clerk at the front desk, a younger man, was extremely rude. Didn't get his name but wow.

Otherwise, fantastic experience

Great hotel! Not the most fancy or modern, but the location is very close to the train stations. Breakfast is also very good!

First time to Munich, and stayed for 2 nights, front desk service could be nicer as it seems like we are troubling them.
Room we got was ok, location is a close distance to the train station. And parking was available on site..

Room is a bit tired, but clean and complete.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay, helpful staff and a good, central location with the Ostbahnhof a 5 minute walk away.
