This is the hotel I chose for my business trip. Still, I booked a long-term stay thinking that it would be a basic service because it is Marriott Courtyard.
The bottom line is the worst. The service is terrible except for being quiet because the location is close to the station and it is a residential area right behind it. I only received a 500ml bottle of water on the first day of check-in, but I have to buy water after that. And the bathroom cleaning is just changing the towels, but the hair is still there.
Yesterday, when I came back to the hotel after work, there was a mop in front of the TV and I left this complaint at the hotel, but there was no response.
I've traveled about 30 times and it's the worst.
