I was in the shop and tried to look into boxes by the window where two other customers looked before me. Owner touched my arm and told me that I can't take cds from those boxes but I can from other sections. I asked why, what's the problem? He told me: You are customer I don't know very good. I said I didn't know it was fans only section, left two cds i previously choosed at his table and left. Never again I will visit this shop. There are obviously higher and lower ranked customers. It is so German.

This store is always on my itinerary when I visit Munich for the annual High End Show at M.O.C. There is a nice selection of vinyl records and CDs, in most genres, available in store. I bought some vinyl records on my visit last year (2017) and the condition was top M-/NM so I was delighted with that. The owner is a nice man also and very engaging. Like most German people, he has no difficulty conversing in English. We are not good here in Ireland at speaking foreign languages, I am sad to say! While you are there, check out Der Schallplatten Laden on nearby Parisier Strasse, if audiophile vinyl is what you are looking for during your stay in Munich. Best access is via the Ostbahnof S-Bahn train.
