Didn't eat here, only drank - but found it solely wanting.
Being a hotel bar, it doesn't seem to be under pressure to do particularly well. I strolled in on my first evening for a drink, finding it deserted of staff, having to enquire at the check-in desk if it was actually open. Eventually I managed to get a beer.
Based on that service for the first night, I decided against eating there - I ate out instead. On the night I returned for a final drink I found a similar experience; it was often deserted behind the servary and when staff eventually showed up, the barman spent more time fiddling with the till whilst people queued for drinks.
I found it quicker to walk out of the hotel and onto the next bar to get served. It really feels understaffed, or they're not really interested in turning a profit.
