We had amazing time during our cocktail course with Philip. Very informative and detailed, with historical detail of bar-tendering. Courses can be adjusted depending on your interest. Money is defiantly good spend. You can even test yourself behind the bar:) If you have kids that are coming into the age if drinking I would recommend to do this course with them as Philip explains how important quality of alcohol is and other important info behind drinking (check with organiser if it is okay first)
Bar itself is very cozy and has a stunning view over the city harbour, in the evening with clear sky is quite unique. You can choose from seats along the bar and plenty of option to sit along windows and enjoy the view.
Drink choice is good: from well known cocktails to owner’s own creations. I am sure if you ask nicely you can get something off the menu that would suit your taste as Philip itself is very passioned and knowledgable on cocktail mixing.
Location of the bar is in the heart if the city, very easy accessible by public transport and has lots of parking options around.
Enjoy your drink and do not drive if you drink.
