Customers beware!! I paid for 4 nights and need to make a change the Next day to 2 nights instead because my trip got changed, they wouldn’t give me a refund or allow me to modify my stay! Even though I paid for 4 nights, they wouldn’t credit me, or allow us for o stay for 2 if we arrived 1 day sooner. Makes no sense and they could care less. They already had my money so they didn’t want to help! Horrible customer service!
