Top location with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Advice: Ask for a room that directs to the inner court yard.
My room was quiet and clean. The complementary breakfast was absolutely amazing: Fresh fruit salad, freshly prepared egg (fried or scrammbled), salmon, cheese, cereals etc.
For the owners I leave one point to improve: I personally prefer memory pillows and I appreciate when this option is offered. Having said that, I understand that the taste in pillows differs per guest. Full 5 stars from me! I will come back.

Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast.....but the rooms are so noisy (due to being on a main road with traffic all night) they even give you earplugs when you check-in - so I cannot give this hotel a high rating unfortunately.
