What a shame on a map of beautiful Heidelberg. Today when the storm and heavy rain started I visited this place to wait until the rain is over. I was asked to leave the place as I was not a guest! It is humiliating unrespectful and absolutely not acceptable. I don't recommend this place at all.

Clean, spacious, lovely bathroom, wonderful staff, close to everything. This is a great hotel.

Modern clean room in heart of city, very hot, on main road so noisy with window open and noisy fan, no one on site to get help from. Brake fast cancelled well after we booked and builders in building. So this was good in parts but does need someone on site.

Nice hotel to visit Heidelberg. The hotel is located on walking distance from the city centre. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is basic but ok. Parking is available on walking distance

Nice hotel with clean rooms. The terrace on the roof is a major plus. Also the location near the Alt stadt is great
