Everything was absolutely delicious!
Haven't eaten such a good duck in a long long time!
Also the chicken teriaky was amazing!

Authentic kitchen and a good location. The Food was excellent, will come again. Sashimi (raw fish) was very good, good quality and taste.
Staff was also great. I forgot to take photos of all the food we had. Fun evening. They have original drinks from Japan and China.

The best sushi in Hannover by far! Great friendly service, superb tasting sushi and the best tempura and SashimiI've ever eaten! The chef definitely has love for his job and makes every platter into an artwork!

The place is small and cozy, the menu is endless... very hard to choose. All the meals were very good. Recommend.

We have been to the Sindo several times before and had usually always enjoyed it as one of the finest Sushi eateries in Hanover. Our latest experience at the Sindo on an early Saturday night, however, was nothing short of a complete disaster. There was only one waitress who had to serve the entire restaurant, which was pretty much full within 30 minutes of opening on Saturday at 6pm. When we ordered more food after having received our first course, we were told that it would take "very long" before our outstanding order could be prepared. When asking again how long it would roughly take, we were once again just given the grotesquely vague and unsatisfying answer of "very, very long". Never before were we told in such blunt terms, or in any terms whatsoever really, that the restaurant woule be unable to serve us food within a realistic timeframe. As a result, we decided to leave still largely hungry. We even had to wait almost ten minutes just for the bill to be delivered to our table. We will not revisit this place again. Not in a "very, very long" time. No seriously, never.
