The room is quite well equipped, from defects to show. For example, calcified shower, sink ... dirty walls (Was probably someone with his shoes against).
The wellness area is almost a disaster.
The tiles around the hot tub are broken ...
Lots of different kind of hair around. No staff for the sauna ... also here dirt at all corners and edges.
The restaurant is not only very expensive but offers burgers and fries with salad.
I'm seriously disappointed
The staff is very nice. Friendly, polite but not so well informed about details of the house.
Next time I am back in Hannover I will not visit the Novotel again.
Too bad !!!

Für vier Sterne und den Preis ... da hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.
Das Zimmer ist zwar recht gut ausgestattet, hat ab Mängel aufzuweisen. Z.B. verkalkte Dusche, Waschbecken ... dreckige Wände ( War wohl mal jemand mit seinen Schuhen gegen ).
Der Wellnesbereich ist nahezu eine Katastrophe.
Die Fliesen um den Whirlpool sind kaputt ...
Jede Menge verschiedenste Art von Haaren rund herum. Kein Personal für die Sauna ... auch hier Dreck an allen Ecken und Kanten.
Das Restaurant ist nicht nur sehr teuer sondern bietet Burger und Pommes mit Salat an.
Ich bin doch ernsthaft enttäuscht
Das Personal ist überaus nett. Freundlich, höflich allerdings nicht so gut über Einzelheiten des Hauses informiert.
Wenn ich das nächste mal wieder in Hannover bin werde ich das Novotel nicht wieder besuchen.

Lage gut - den Weg bis zum Hbf kann man zu Fuß in ungefähr 25 min. gut bewältigen! Hotel liegt in einem schönem Stadtviertel! Das Zimmer war sehr schön gepflegt und recht geräumig! Den Wellnessbereich kann man kostenlos nutzen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Fazit : Absolut Weiterzuempfehlen!

Ich war hier als Teilnehmer eines Seminars. Die Bewirtung findet u. a. im ehemaligen Industriebau statt. Hier ist eine offene Atmosphäre. Das Essen- u. Getränkeangebot ist klasse. Die Seminarräume sind gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Hotel macht einen modernen und frischen Eindruck, mit architektonischen Überraschungen. Hier würde ich auch übernachten!

Das Essen hat nicht gut geschmeckt, die Vorspeise war durchschnittlich.

Der bestellte Fisch war sehr lasch und die beiligende Soße war zu salzig.
Dazu gab es Butterreis, welcher allerdings nur als Reis gekennzeichnet war, außerdem lag noch Pochegemüse bei welches auch durchschnittlich geschmeckt hat.

Das Dessert war sehr lecker allerdings war es nichts besonderes.

Fazit:

Die Bedingung war sehr freundlich, allerdings würde ich dieses ''Restaurant'' nicht weiterempfehlen wegen, des oben beschriebenen, Essens. Zusätzlich war es ungemütlich, da man sehr offen, in einer Hotellobby, saß. Das Restaurant war anscheinlich edel, allerdings gab es dann Besteck und Geschirr, welches durchaus durchschnittlich war (z.B. billige Coca-Cola Gläser mit Gussnaht, welche obendrein noch unterschiedliche Größen hatten, bei gleicher Füllmenge)
