I booked this hotel for my relatives. Location is great, near Lister Platz. Rooms look good. My relatives told me there's a good buffet for breakfast. 1 star less cos staff didn't coordinate/communicate among themselves regarding payment. I wanted to pay for the rooms and provided my payment details but front desk was oblivious/didn't check and let my relatives pay.

We enjoyed our stay. The efficient and friendly staff made us feel welcome and we were even able to book in early. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious.

Great breakfast, even includes real honey. Rooms are ok, a little outdated but spacious. Location is good next to the park and the city centre.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on business travel. Modern interior design throughout the hotel and rooms. Everything was very clean and practical. Internet was fast for being free, around 25 Mbps during my stay. Breakfast offers a wide selection of choices and the food I tried was tasty. Parking seems confusing at first. Basically the ajacent parking garage is public and Novotel has a negotiated discount. Remember to get your park card validated at the reception before you leave. Rates for parking are very reasonable. As of Sept 2022 the first 2hrs are free, every hour is 1 Euro, and maximum rate for 24hrs is 7 Euro. Depending on where you find a parking spot in the garage you will have to walk a bit inside the building to get to the reception.

Clean and nice room. Narrow garage entrance. Garage fee +7euros. Biggest problem for us was lack of air conditioner as it was very varm and noisy if the windows are open.

Disappointing as the shower gel container was totally empty (not a drop of gel) and, of course, this is being discovered when one stands under the water. Furthermore, the shower water drained extremely slowly. Shows me that cleaning staff don’t check and report much.

Used the hotel for one night to get through Germany on vacation. Very good breakfast and bar. Staff is friendly and helpful.
