Das Training macht viel Spaß, man kann in dem privaten Studio in Ruhe trainieren und wird kompetent angeleitet und von Trainer:in unterstützt, sowie motiviert noch den Extrameter zu gehen. Danach gibts immer noch Massage und Stretching – super gut!!!!
