Person who was taking order was very quick and food was served quickly. Very good location and good quality food.

Be careful, portions are big so not easy to finish.
Limited options for vegetarian ????

Food is really nice, I like it a lot!

But Service is terrible, isn’t friendly at all like she doesn’t want to work and hate her job so much so she just being rude to the customers to get out of her anger or something.
Can’t ask questions, she will be offensive for anything even you being nice.

I like the food but the Service is super horrible that I have ever seen.
Bad feeling.

Saw the good reviews and came specifically here with a friend for a late lunch after already arriving at another restaurant. Was sorely disappointed. Was practically empty around 2pm, no ambience or music at all, poor reception and service. Everyone whispered like they were in a library.

Came here specifically because I saw they had Dong Po Rou/Braised Pork belly cubes. They are sold by the individual cubes and was extremely disappointed because they are canned meat with greyish skin (my phone camera makes it look red and better than real life) that's reheated and served on a plate. We can tell because we are Chinese and I myself make braised pork belly. Didn't even taste good, a total rip off. Do NOT order the Dong Po Rou!

Also ordered the fried mushrooms with vegetables, looks nothing like the picture in their menu and didn't have that many mushrooms, but tasted good.

Service was lacking and very slow! We came when there were only 3 other people. Waitress wanted to finish her work before serving us whenever we needed anything, so we always had to wait, which makes no sense because she can take our order and get the kitchen to fulfill it, and do her work while the food is cooking. She was also quite impatient when we asked questions.

Ordered tea. For some reason they had to wait for the hot water to boil before they could refill our pot. How can a restaurant rely on a single kettle for hot water?!

When we ordered the food, we asked if it came with rice. The waitress said yes, we asked how much and she said she'll "make sure we eat full, okay?". They provided a serve of rice in a bowl. It wasn't so full, just a level bowl of rice. We finished it and asked for some more and this time it was a heaped mound. When we didn't finish it, we asked to take that and the other dishes away, and the waitress said "this is your (free) refill, and you want to take that away?" WOW, what is that supposed to mean, if we didn't take it away would she serve it to someone else?? She's the one that served us that quantity! (Also the rice isn't covered so gets dry and hard quickly).

Finally they don't even take card!

All in all, food is very ordinary, over priced for supermarket canned food and poor service.

I just realized all the good reviews/service are for non-Chinese customers.

Very delicious and original Chinese food! The prices are more expensive compared with other restaurants but definitely worth trying! The interesting thing is that there are also always a lot of Asian people who go there! This just shows how authentic this restaurant is. If you‘re interested in original Chinese Food than give it a try!

Most authentic restaurant I’ve found so far in Hamburg! We frequently come here for weekday dinners as well as for special celebration with large parties. But regardless of our party size, the wait staff was always friendly and attentive. Food quality and timing are consistently impeccable. Highly recommend!

Awful service with terrible food！！！
the service was very impatient, unpleasant, and mean. the two dishes that we ordered (口水鸡和香辣羊排) were not fresh, which made us vomit and flee away.

The first negative feedback. Every dish is very salty!
You have to tip, even if the service, environment and foods are not good.
