So glad we found this gem while visiting Hamburg. It's quite a lovely hotel, nicely appointed with full and complete breakfast included. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to restaurants, and metro lines. Special thank you to Sefa and Maria for being so helpful, upbeat, and fun. They helped us out more than once. Always smiling and willing. The only negative was that our refrigerator did not cool. However, ice and various options were happily provided.

Lovely place, great service! sense of humour and wonderful historic references to Hamburg in the art. Great cocktails, ok breakfasts but I've had better. I would stay there again in a deal...

Pretty nice hotel and rooms. However the windows are in really bad shape, and keept absolutely no sound from the streets away from the room. Open or closed, the soundlevel was the same. This combined with all the roadwork in the area, would probably make me chose another hotel, next time in Hamburg.

Design heavy (i.e. general lack of functionality) hotel between old town and Speicherstadt in a generally quiet part of town. Nicely appointed rooms, some with views, many without. Rooms suffering from many technical issues, AC switches not working, light switches impossible to figure out, TV not working, wifi slow, claustrophobic showers. Spa on site but in neclect. Breakfast expensive and mediocre, buffet only, restaurant closed at all other times (why?). Nice concept overall but lacking maintenance and upkeep.

I had a great stay here, beautiful room, lovely décor and good location. The stand out positive point was however the fantastic Jordi at reception. he was so helpful and always with a smile on his face, even visible from behind his masked ! Amongst other things he sorted out an alternative nights entertainment when our original plans were hit by Covid. I shall definitely stay here next time I'm in Hamburg.

Great stay from start to finish. Lovely welcome with a glass of prosecco as we checked in; very friendly and helpful staff; great location for the city centre; room was excellent and very comfortable. Also felt very safe with their COVID protocols - perfect and would recommend.

What a gem of a hotel! Great location, beautifully designed rooms, great staff. Excellent breakfast with egg dishes, pancakes with freshly made compote, and a generous buffet. Perfect location to explore Hamburg and also a great space to work from.
