I had an amazing time with my girlfriend here. We were lucky, since it was quite full and we could be seated quickly. The concept is really nice and we both ordered a menu. The burger and the sweet potatoes were superb. Above that, the cocktail was really good as it was not too sweet or bitter for my taste. A great experience!

I tried their avocado burger along with the sweet potato fries and the blueberry u0026 mint ice tea. Loved the sweet potato fries. Very crunchy and not too sweet. As for the burger, the avocado sauce was a bit too much so the avocado taste just dominated the whole taste of the burger and I couldn’t taste the meat itself. The ice tea was just a normal drink. Service is super slowwwwwwww (main reason for the low rating).

Food : Burger is really good and the cocktails were also nice. Salad a bit too oily for our liking.

Price : €€

Service: kinda walking in a fine line between very good and bad

Experience:

So we were at the entrance for about 10 minutes with the staff behind the bar only looking at us until I gave up and sat ourselves. Service was great then, we took all the recommendations from the staffs. It's a very fresh, for young people ish (du basis, loud music, and dim lighting) restaurant which is comfortable. Food was great, but there wasn't any choices other than burger, should we have known? Probably. All the menu is in German btw, but I'm sure the server would be glad to explain if you'd asked. Price was okay, more on the expensive side, but since there was like truffle oil and blue cheese (which was good!!) there can't really expect otherwise. Waited like 10-15 minutes to pay and had to call out to the waiter to.

Out of all the HANS IM GLUCKs in all the cities we've been too this is by far the worst. They forgot my beer, my green tea, and then after asking for the check she footnote to bring my check. 30 minutes later my husband came and went with the kids to the bathroom asking if I had paid I told him no she hadn't even been to the area and as flabbergasted when he told me, really because she's sitting down talking to the co workers. So I got up and asked the bar tender /hostess for the check. Which they had to fix as the items never received were on it. Also, when I went to the bathroom the seat cover /Lid wasn't attached so when I stood up it slid off and into the next stall. Not impressed. With 3 locations in town I will not be returning to this one.

Having booked a table for lunch, the service was extremely poor. After 15 minutes still no menus (I had to go collect some myself). After 30 minutes still no one had taken our order (despite one of the group approaching the waitress to let her know we were waiting). In the end we gave up and went elsewhere. Certainly nowhere for a quick mid-week lunch.

I didn’t eat here, i just want to thank the person who helped me and my friend yesterday, he went above and beyond to make sure he was ok. He got himself hurt and i only wanted to know where the nearest hospital was and the gentleman from this stablishment went to make sure he was ok and brought him a first aid kit. I want to thank him and wish him the best.

Great outlet of Hans im Glück within the city center and close to town hall in a historic building (Altes Rathaus/Haus der Patriotischen Gesellschaft). Food is tasty and has good quality.
Sadly service varies depending on time and amount of guests and it seems that staffing in peek hours could be improved.
