the room size is acceptable for the rate however, a few things could be better. The tiny little TV is a joke, my desktop monitor is larger.
No fridge in the room and beds are small hardly enough space to turn during sleep.
Continued noise from a generator somewhere close very disturbing and makes sleeping challenging.
We can only hope the breakfast is our highlight of the experience at this location.

The hotel is located close to the railway station and a heavy trafficced road. Noise from cars, screeming from drunk people whole night. No air-conditioning or ventilation, you need to have open windows. The mathress was old an the springs inside in bad condition, it should have been changed long time ago. Breakfast was ok, could have been more choices. The eggs was overcooked every day. If you need a quiet hotel with good comfort, you should go for another hotel. The hotel room is overpriced.

Rooms are not big as the photos look on google images. Also if its warm, it would probably be better to stay somewhere with air-conditioning, as there is no air-con or fans

We required a bed for one night, close to the central/main railway station. This hotel was nicely priced, including breakfast, and right across of the main railway station Hamburg Hauptbahnhof.

The room was about as big as the bed, it made me smile. The one hard matras was positioned 90° of what you would have expected it to be. So the nightstands were at your head and feet.

The room was clean, it contained a closet, a small safe, hangers for a coat, small TV (which we didn't try), bottle of water (€4) and two glasses.
One remark, the rooms are not very sound proof. We heard neighbors come and go.

The bathroom contained a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, some towels, two glasses, soap u0026 shower gell.

Breakfast was nice.

Both elevators are about 1 square meter small. But at least they have one :)

Basically, all you need for a night (or a few). Therefor I'd go here again if I needed a room next to the railway station (we had to continue our journey the next morning by train).

Nice location, friendly staff but room was not as per picture. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was good and service was fine. However, when it came to trying to print out Boarding Cards for return journey the laptop in the lobby didnt work and Reception didnt know anything about it as it was for "customer use only". We were redirected to another Novum hotel a few doors down who were very helpful.

Price wise their service I must appreciate. Clean and quite, breakfast is good but could be more. Internet is very good it's free and everywhere you can get good signal.
Place is really awesome by walking main train station and nearby many more shopping centre as well as eating and fun.
For business trip it's a good place for sure. But for family you should other one.
