Die Ente war so unglaublich lecker und zart. Auch die Zutaten wie Lauch, Teigblättchen, Gurke und Soße waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Fortunately, the Dim Sum House then found a way to make this taste explosion available throughout Germany.

The duck arrives at your home absolutely correctly prepared and baked, freshly shrink-wrapped. In addition you get an aluminum bowl in which you can easily cook the duck in your own oven to the end. And yeah, the skin is super crispy like in a restaurant. I never would have thought, but it really is.

In addition, sliced u200bu200bcucumber and leek are included and of course the absolutely legendary sauce. On top there are fresh pancakes that can be steamed to perfection at home in a bamboo basket that is also included.
The package arrives at home well chilled and the duck and all other ingredients can easily be kept in the fridge for another week. So you don't have to take action immediately.

You really don't have to be afraid of the preparation. There are two videos on the website of the online shop with instructions for steaming and also for carving the duck. And it takes less skill than you think you should have. Even if the pieces are not so even - it still tastes fantastic.

The duck satisfies two eaters really well. With a lot more guests, I would definitely order more than one duck.

I am so excited and grateful that the Dim Sum House put this great idea into practice and that you can finally treat friends from other cities to this unique taste, not just when you visit Hamburg. You can finally enjoy this delicacy in every corner of the country. The Peking duck is also a great idea as a gift.

Dieses Konzept ist wirklich absolut genial.
Die Pekingente des Dim Sum Hauses schmeckt einfach einmalig. Der Luxus diese einfach ohne Bestellung im Restaurant zu bekommen ist schon irre, aber jetzt kann ich diese Ente sogar zuhause zubereiten. In der Coronazeit mit geschlossenem Restaurants freuten sich viele Menschen, dass sie die Ente zumindest als Take-Out bekommen konnten. Zum Glück hat das Dim Sum Haus dann einen Weg gefunden diese Geschmacksexplosion in ganz Deutschland verfügbar zu machen.

Die Ente kommt absolut korrekt vorbereitet und gebacken, frisch eingeschweißt zu einem nach Hause. Dazu bekommt man eine Aluschale in der der man die Ente dann ganz einfach im eigenen Ofen zu Ende garen kann. Und jaaaa, die Haut wird auch so super knusprig wie im Restaurant. Hätte ich nie gedacht, aber ist wirklich so.

Außerdem werden geschnittene Gurke und Lauch mitgeliefert und natürlich die absolut legendäre Sauce. On Top gibt es frische Pfannküchlein die in einem ebenfalls mitgelieferten Bambuskörbchen zuhause selbst ganz einfach über heißem Wasserdampf zur Perfektion gedämpft werden können.
Das Paket kommt gut gekühlt zuhause an und die Ente und alle weiteren Zutaten halten sich locker noch eine Woche im Kühlschrank. Man muss also nicht sofort in Aktion treten.

Angst muss man vor der Zubereitung wirklich nicht haben. Es gibt auf der Seite des Onlineshops zwei Videos mit Anleitungen zum Dämpfen und auch zum Tranchieren der Ente. Und es braucht weniger Geschick, als man vermeintlich haben müsste. Selbst wenn die Stücke nicht so gleichmäßig werden - schmecken tut es trotzdem ganz fantastisch.

Die Ente macht zwei Esser richtig gut satt. Bei viel mehr Gästen würde ich auf jeden Fall mehr als eine Ente bestellen.

Ich bin so begeistert und dankbar, dass das Dim Sum Haus diese tolle Idee in die Tat umgesetzt hat und man nun auch endlich Freunden aus anderen Städten diesen einmaligen Geschmack nicht nur beim Hamburgbesuch gönnen kann. Endlich kann man in jeder Ecke des Landes diese Köstlichkeit genießen. Auch als Geschenk ist die Pekingente eine tolle Idee.
