We chose Reichshof Hamburg for our long weekend trip to Hamburg and we were delighted at our choice. While the location of the hotel (walking distance from the Central station and other public transport) was a big plus for us, the overall facilities at the hotel were also excellent. The Junior Suite was spacious and had a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Breakfast had adequate options and offered a good start to the day. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would come back for our next trip to Hamburg

Very professional and positive staff in the reception, the staff in the bar have something to learn from them and it would be good if the opening hours was a bit longer.
Clean and nice room and the card key was very cool.
I will defiantly choose this hotel on my next visit to Hamburg.

Clean and calm hotel, located next to the main station. The staff was extremely friendly, accessible and quick. Rooms could be bigger, but they are modern cozy, bright and clean. I had a good stay here :)

Massively understaffed. Long queues at check-in due to only one desk serviced. Hotel is saving on cleaning intervals - daily cleaning was only available when twice requested. Only two elevators for a massive number of rooms leads to long waiting times a peak times like check out in the morning in front of the elevator.

Rooms are nice, clean and quiet!

Great overall,

Extremely professional associates, nice room ambience, great massage and amazing breakfast. I will surely comeback.

On the minor details to be mentioned:
1901 was closed.
No nail cleaning set (none were to be found in the reception)
Slippers were not in the room (asked for it later)
Check in at 15:00. Booking a room used to be for 24h.

Beautiful hotel, generous sized rooms with comfortable beds. Lovely and helpful staff. Will definitely use again next time in Hamburg.
Centrally located and easy to walk around the city from the hotel.

We booked in for one night after a cancelled flight. What a beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely with all that we needed. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. What more could you want ????
