They were out of ribeye cuts and the Wagyu cuts were too small. As a matter of fact most of their cuts are smaller than normal. So my only option was the New York steak. Had a bit high expectations with the way the restaurant looked and being in the Alsterhaus, but I was a bit disappointed. Don’t get me wrong. It is a good steakhouse but not great ????????u200d♂️

Because this restaurant and butcher is inside a food court it isn't the most visually pleasing experience to dine here but the furniture and design of the space is still acceptably nice. A must get though is the "Beef Tartare" with rosemary potatoes and a small side salad. All the ingredients were of exceptionally high quality and taste, definitely recommended.

Fantastic butcher shop and restaurant in one. Serves burgers, bellota ham, and first-class dry-aged steaks. We had the rib-eye and it was excellent. The wine list is very limited though, so it’s wise to bring your own wine and pay the corking charge.

The meat is so tasty, the bun super good. Friendly guys doing the service. Great location in the Alsterhaus mall. Worth a visit if you're a meat lover!

gourmet meat and burgers in this amazing grill restaurant. several cut of premium quality beef are masterly coocked. not common kind of beef like wagyu are offered to the costumer. A small paradise for meat lovers

Best burger in Hamburg and a great place to have lunch. Good food, good service
