It's on the 4th floor of Alsterhaus.
One of the best sushi restaurants in Hamburg. Authentic Japanese cuisine, highly recommended. Reasonably priced.

A bit pricy but it deserves. Very fancy presentation shows how the chief is treating his guests. The aperitif is innovative and good: plump wine mixed with sparkling water. 5 courses menu is a lot for one person but you can take away if you do not want to waste the delicious food.
The view is the best and the environment is calm and relaxed. Highly recommended.

No better than any 10€ sushi I’ve had. If this is what qualifies for Micheline guide in Germany I feel bad for Germans :(

The restaurant was “out of rice” but still charged full price for all dishes that was supposed to contain rice and didn’t offer any solution or substitute. Laughable.

Chic sushi place in Alsterhaus. Prices may seem high, but the quality was really good. Service was friendly and quick.

However, atmosphere was lacking — I think due to to COVID-19. Lighting was too bright, and it wasn’t too lively. On the bright side, seating was generously spread out.

Very high quality food has it's price but like in the case of YOSHI I'd totally worth it. Will gladly come again to the top floor of the Alsterhaus. I recommend sitting outside if the weather allows it

We actually planned to eat at the billy burger right next to it but it was so crowded so we decided to eat at yoshi sushi place. We have heard it before it is quite expensive but it should be a real sushi place to eat.

We ordered the lunch menu, bento and sushi maki roll set. Service was nice but very slow. Food took about 20 minutes or more to come.. bento was all very nice but it's really not soooo much for this price. I guess it's like elegant eating not making you fell full. Miso soup was yummy not too salty but also not really special. My sushi maki roll set was ok, one roll with cucumber, the other with avocado and one with crab meat stick. I was expecting some fish at least (salmon maybe) for this price.. well overall it's tasty, simple but way too expensive. At the end we pay for lunch special between 30-40 euro per person. I was also kind of surprise Japanese green tea costs 7,8€ but it didn't really taste so different then normal green tea in other Asian restaurant.

I think this would only be the place for people who has way too much money to spend for food, oh well the sushi here is at least way better than henssler henssler!!
For sushi I was not 100% being convinced that it worth that much money. After lunch I went to the Lindner Bakery across yoshi to get some (big)dessert so my stomach is finally satisfied!
