Awful. Working until 7pm, stuff dont want to help you, on my question at 19:01 I got an answer to my question about another schoes size - "have no idea we are closed. You can just pay". Extremly nice customer oriented service, thank you.

Great location but no English spoken. Even when they clearly understand you, the vendors make no effort to help you. Kind of sad for an international brand in the scond biggest city in Germany.

Unfriendly/Arrogant security guard/staff starring at you when you walk in. Not even a hello, just waiting for the customers to greet them like you should be thankful they have a store!!!
