Pretty well stuffed burgers. The ingredients seem quite fresh.

The place was clean, although a bit hard to find - you need to understand it's located on the 4th floor of the Kaushaus and not in the street. The staff is polite.

I don't understand the hype. Maybe fake ratings. A small burger with a lot of sauce. Nothing fancy. Wouldn't recommend.

this is a hidden gem, i cannot describe how amazing the burger was, the bun was perfect, the meat was perfect, everything was perfect. it is the perfect burger

Billy the butcher has a fantastic crew working there. It's always great to see people who love what they do. That's what I experienced. The team asked me what I liked and what I didn't eat. With that information, they recommended what turned out to be one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Highly recommended going there.

Finding entrance is a bit difficult. 4th floor from an entrance without a sign.
Food was good, but i ordered well done but it was not. I ordered a souce but it came in my friends dish.
Food quality was good but not as high as their price. You will expect more from what you pay.
Also the area is very normal and not so cozy.
Overall i will recommend here for trying this brand sandwiches.

Located on the last floor of the shopping center Alsterhaus. Nice place to enjoy a really god burger after shopping. They have a few craft beers that went very well with the burgers

One of the best burgers in Hamburg! I recommend the Wagyu Cheeseburger, medium-rare, some fries and truffle mayonnaise!
