Printing quality is great. But the only problem with this place is the price. Very expensive for students, and we have to pay extra amount for every change we make. Like for example, I went here to print 3 copies of my thesis and I wanted a good hard cover. For every hard cover I have to pay extra €5 and for 3 copies its €15. If you want to collect it in 2 hours on the same day, you need to pay extra €5 for each copy. On the whole I ended up paying €130 for printing 3 copies of 47 pages each.

I went in here because of their "student pricing". On the website it says you can buy a subscription card for 1000 prints for 40 Euros. When I went in the woman had no idea what I was talking about. Hm. I got a student price of 5 cents a print. Fine. The third time I went in I was told I had to pay full price, even though I am a student, because I was printing materials for thesis research. I must have missed the fine print. This place is a joke. Both of these instances just show how disorganized they are within themselves. I am here for two weeks and need to print off many surveys every day, and would have given them a lot of business, but I will never come back here again.

The team at Unicorn copy understood my printing needs very well and helped me select the best option for my project while being very understanding to my limited german skills. Overall, a very professional and helpful shop.

Very friendly service and exceptional printing quality. Also very fast and reliable. I am very pleased with the result and with the service I received. Cost is also very fair.

Friendly staff. They are quite neat and precise with work. Offer student discounts (at least for printing in bulk)
