Great place for coffee!! Very picturesque under the clock tower. Friendly service, clean toilets.

The store only had 2 employees on a Saturday. They were working very hard, very fast while a long line was waiting. I felt bad for them. I ordered a drink that i always get from Starbucks - a vanilla frappuchino with coffee. The one employee took my order while the other worker made it, though he didn't add the coffee. When i asked if he made it without coffee, he said yes, "you can't get vanilla frappuchino with coffee". I told him that i have gotten that drink before. "What do you want me to do? Remake it or add coffee to the existing drink?". I asked if he could just add some coffee. He did remake it, he added a lot of coffee with new ice - that turned the drink into an iced coffee, not the vanilla frappuchino that i asked for. I just left the drink on the counter and left. He was already frustrated and flustered that i didn't feel like dealing with him, especially when he was making absolute statements on what Starbucks could or couldn't do when i have had it before. I told my friend what happened, she said that has happened to her there before, that they would make the wrong drink but not take responsibility for the mistake or

Very baddd taste and service. I don't recommend it. We have tried but the Mocha coffee is very cold and you don't taste any coffee but only cold Milk. The Starbucks in another city is better then the one here.

Badddd baddddd everything is bad , we order cafe mocca but its only tast as a cold milk without coffee, they are not professional and really I became frustrated from this service. If you really wanna try good coffee don't come to Starbucks in freinburg . I'm so sad for this but this is the fact . And we also say it's badddddddd please close this soon or be a professional!! I hate u ???? you made me a really bad mood !!!

This place used to be our Sunday afternoon meeting place. Like most other Starbucks cafés, this one is crowded during peak hours, but the employees are fast and efficient. The location is also good!

Service was unenthusiastic, at best. Like most coffee shops in Europe, it's not possible to get an actual Mocha here, which is still incredibly annoying. Bathrooms are locked and require a code/purchase. Otherwise fine.
