Very delicious wide variety of cakes ???????? You can enjoy a dessert with a hot drink like coffee or ☕️
The cafe is in a beautiful area in the main street in the city center of Freiburg.
The service is unfortunately mostly slow. But the stuff are really nice.

Stopped in for a coffee and pastry as this place looked fancy. The selection of pastries was extensive. I had an apple strudel and coffee. The strudel was very tasty and the coffee was delicious.
Service was pretty good and the atmosphere was very chill.

This large patisserie and café serves a wide selection of cakes and pastries. We had a delicious German cheesecake and the traditional Black Forest cake, which was not too soaked in alcohol and had a fantastic texture. Just because I am a big fan, I would have liked a few more cherries. The waiter that helped us out during our visit was very kind and took very good care of us. Despite a large event in the city, this café was busy but not overwhelmingly loud.

A sing quality and selection. A lot of sections and very good displays of products.
Best Black Forest cake, the carrot cake is good as well. Did enjoy a nice brake.

The waiter and the girl that sells the cakes are unfriendly. They aren't custumer oriented at all. Good product.

There are many variations of tasty and beautiful cakes. From seeing through the windows, you already have the mood to have a cup of coffee, with cakes of course!

We have been to this place for at least 4 times and today would be the last one. I have to admit that the food, patisserie and cakes are really nice, however the organization is very poor. The stuff is overwhelmed so it leads to long time waiting to be seated, to order and to get your order. First you wait to be seated for good 15 min, afterwards the waiter tells you to go to the shop to order your cakes separately (obviously you have to wait in the lane again), after you need to give paper (your order) to the waiter and then you wait again when they bring your food…
To summer, the manager should really reorganize the shop and cafeteria and to get more stuff to avoid overloading them.
