awesome, and affordable students bar in "downtown" Freiburg, good selection of beers, some liquor, I can recommend the Glen Fiddich whiskey, and they even offer flammkuchen, an Alsace style, very thin, pizza, if you get hungry while drinking. There are tables outside in summer until about 11:30pm, and around 1-2 am they turn the inside into a smoking bar, but only if no one has a problem with it, very nice and helpful staff : )

Very nice bar with great service, and a very cosy and warm setting ideal for having a drink with a few friends. The ambience is nice, and the setting has it's charm. Drinks are great, and a few of them are home brewed.
