PRADA Frankfurt Store (Men’s)

I experienced very racist behavior at this store today. The store was completely empty and I was able to walk from the front entrance to the back of the store without anyone asking me if I needed help. If you ever shopped in a high end story you know this is highly unusual. When I asked by myself for help the only woman working at the time was extremely unfriendly . I left quietly and took my business to Gucci where the door was held open for me , and I was helped the entire time even though the store was extremely busy . I came for shoes but since the woman at Gucci was so good , she showed me a belt that I ended up buying as well. In between trying on shoes and belts I was given water and champagne , and a business card from the woman who was assisting me . It’s safe to say I will never go to Prada in Frankfurt again .

I had a very good experience in this store , my sale attendant was fantastic and he was very patient and made sure I am purchasing a right T-shirt with a perfect size ,all the other staff were very friendly and attentive as well, they have a very good selection of men’s Prada line up and it’s decent size retail store as well. Next time when I visit Frankfurt I will visit this location again, if you from North America here they have more selection so make sure you stop by and take a look.

Really a bad customer service. Bad management I own so many of their products but for most sure I will never step in this store

Stroppy officious security staff. At these prices Prada need to employ staff who know their place.

Wrong price tags on products! They expected me to pay more than what was shown on the tag. Store Manager arrogant and inflexible!!!
