So cool to visit the store. The lady who attended tk me was so patient to explain the different flavors, taste, aroma of the coffee capsules. The staffs were all polite and nice.

I go to the store regularly but the service just keeps getting worse. The saleswoman today was very aggressive and unfriendly. I was accused by her after going back to the shop to get the missing capsules she forgot to give me. Although it was her fault, she was being mean and blaming me that I already took them before. Treating your customer as a liar is
not at all acceptable.. Better shop online if you don’t want to ruin your day by poorly trained staff!

Always a great service and very friendly staff. Easy and quick service to get my favourite coffee.

One of the superb showrooms i have seen for this kind of coffee machines. They had great number of capsules and decorated quite nicely. There are self check out counters as well.

However availability of lot of machines and colors were not there which was really strange. Rest everything including taste bar is really good.

Cool for the cafe bar upstairs, where you can try samples of coffee for free if you have a Nespresso card.
It’s just kind of awkward. People gather there and act as if they’re at a bar.
I also really don’t like how you have to have your card in order to make a purchase.
I would buy more if I didn’t need my damn card!
