It is always a pleasure to visit the boutique when I happen to visit Frankfurt, The staff at the boutique is approachable, great quality of knowledge and indeed impeccable experience wish to be part of the boutique in future.
Amen was an excellent host.

My wife and I visited this store on 13/5/22.

I was served by a young blonde lady who was lovely to deal with and very friendly.

Unfortunately, my wife did not have the same experience as I did. When I left the store for another appointment, my wife was served by a tall bearded male who was arrogant and made very inappropriate comments and racial assumptions.

My wife is a German citizen of Asian descent and was born and raised in Frankfurt.

When she asked to register our interest in one of the newly released pieces, he asked her “Are you also planning to buy two pieces to resell like these people?” He then pointed to another Asian customer in the store.

He repeatedly asked if we wanted to resell the item and said this is the main reason that Chinese people buy them.

Not once did we ask to register our interest in more than one piece and have no interest in purchasing watches to resell as we have a genuine interest and wear our watches that we have purchased.

After my wife wrote down her details he arrogantly said “Don’t get your hopes up, you probably won’t get a call. I’m the one who usually calls people.”

We know the grey market prices and demand are a big problem at the moment. However, this salesman could have found a much better way to gauge if our interest was legitimate rather than make inappropriate comments and assumptions about my wife and other customers in the store.

Terrible customer service and our first bad experience at any boutique/AD that we’ve been to. We note this is not a reflection of the other staff.

If I could rate no stars I would. I think because this store is on a prestigious street they are too stuck up to answer the telephone. I rang an hour before closing and when they got fed up with the phone ringing they would pick up the phone and hang up this went on for nearly an hour. I'm sure if the owners of the Rolex company knew what the staff were like that they would sack them all. Judging by a lot of the reviews other people have encountered useless staff. I bought a lovely Cartier watch instead and they treated me like royalty even giving me champagne as it was my 40th wedding anniversary and also slipped a bottle of Cartier champagne in a bag for me to take home. Now that's what I call first class service

They have no stock which I find odd. I was ready to drive over an hour to pay full cash to buy the watch I wanted, but they did not have it. Nor did they make an effort to acquire it for me.

Exactly 2 years ago, he put us on the waiting list and, despite the special market situation, accompanied us very kindly for 2 years at meetings on site or on the phone. He never alienated us but always gave us hope that getting a watch is entirely possible. Thank you again for that - and the wait was worth it :-) Now I'm happy about the Explorer 2 and my wife and I hope for more nice and unexpected calls, like two weeks ago...

Vor zwei Wochen habe ich einen Anruf erhalten, dass eine Uhr für mich bereitsteht. Ich habe mich riesig gefreut, dass Wempe mir diesen Wunsch erfüllen konnte. Vielen Dank an Herrn Brand für die nette Auslieferung meiner Explorer 2. Ich habe sehr viel Spaß mit der Uhr. Einen besonderen Dank möchte ich Herrn Bernasko aussprechen. Er hat meine Frau und mich sehr freundlich und kompetent bei unserem Erstkontakt in der Boutique empfangen und beraten. Vor genau 2 Jahren hat er uns auf die Warteliste genommen und uns trotz der speziellen Marktsituation, 2 Jahre sehr freundlich bei Treffen vor Ort oder in Telefonaten begleitet. Er hat uns nie vor den Kopf gestoßen, sondern uns immer die Hoffnung gegeben, dass es durchaus möglich ist, eine Uhr zu bekommen. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank - und, das Warten hat sich gelohnt :-) Jetzt freue ich mich über die Explorer 2 und meine Frau und ich hoffen auf weitere nette und unerwartete Anrufe, wie vor zwei Wochen...

Herr Ameri hat mich freundlich Empfängen und die Rolex geholt, die für mich bestimmt war. Herr Ameri holte sie aus der Vitrine, ich schaute sie mir in Ruhe an, probierte sie und schon war eine Uhr zu meinem 50. Geburtstag gefunden. Ich möchte mich recht herzlich bei Herr Ameri bedanken und bei der Firma Wempe, dass sie mir einen Uhrentraum erfüllt haben.
