I am writing this review with a great pleasure! On a rainy day, while walking in Frankfurt, I had the most flattering experience in a while. I found something special to spoil myself, thanks to the wonderful Mrs. Huang and her colleagues. The whole team took care to make me feel welcome and immerse myself in the beauty of this tailor made boutique. I bought the firmest scarf I ever touched, and to add more personal touch, they provided a complimentary embodiment of my initials on the bag.

A very friendly Taiwanese salesperson gave competent and helpful advice on the Gucci products. I was looking for a scarf and this sales person was very good at helping me choose one that suited me. Thumbs up to nice and friendly service here at Gucci Frankfurt in the city. Will recommend this boutique anytime!

Don’t buy here. This shop is a joke. The female salesperson didn’t know anything about the products, was unfriendly had an attitude (didn’t know about sizes and prices) was unable to count money (she counted like 10 times in a row). It’s better to buy online or in another town. The store in Düsseldorf is 100x better and way more professional

What a lovely GUCCI customer service in Frankfurt town. One of the indonesian lady staff was explain and helpful us. I wanna buy GUCCI again in FRA.

Would never buy any Gucci product again.
I bought sunglasses for around 500€. The quality is so weak you could directly think it’s a fake from Algeria.

Unfriendly salespeople at this Gucci store. The products are very nice but the salespeople made it such a negative experience that we didn’t buy anything.
