Incredibly personalized, attentive, and expert service by Sebastian, Giuseppe, Lothar, and the team at AP Frankfurt. What's special here is that it's not only about getting a fantastic timepiece but it's about the superb surround sound of the entire brand experience, from knowledge, to expertise, to events, to service, and most importantly, to people in the boutique who are just as passionate as you are about AP. It's an ideal place for true AP advocates and aficionados, and if you are only looking to buy a watch and get a quick tax refund, I'm not sure this is the best place to go, because you would be missing out on the opportunity to build a genuine relationship with the AP Frankfurt team. Make sure to take a coffee and spend some time there (note: it is always good to schedule an appointment in advance). A really good and nice shop. Excellent staff who will do anything to get the help you need. Bought many watches from other brands before but now feel that I found a store that cares and wants to keep the customer forever. It can only be at least 5 stars.

My entire experience so far goes back a few weeks when i first attempted an appointment.

It didn't take very long until Dario answered me very nicely, and after weeks of anticipation, he also personally welcomed me to the store today.

The overall appearance around design and mood is very appropriate and leads to a rapid sense of well-being throughout the stay.

All in all I had a great time getting to know each other on the same level with excellent coffee. ????

5 stars are well deserved and I am kindly allowed to look forward to build a good relationship with Dario and his team.

I had the most beautiful boutique experience at the Audemars Piguet Boutique. From the time, I entered the boutique the first time to discover the beautiful collection, until the moment I actually picked up my dream Royal Oak watch, it was a continuous unforgettable experience.
Thanks to the very warm Boutique Manager, Mr Giuseppe Ferrentino, I felt very welcome and have fallen in love with this brand. Mr Ferrentino was very patient and took a lot of time to show me the beautiful collection and explain the history of AP.
I hope to be a loyal AP customer also in future and come back to this boutique.
I also wish to thank the other extremely friendly gentleman in the boutique for the very kind atmosphere and luxury shopping experience. The entire experience felt like a celebration.

If you are plannig to be AP watch owner, you should definitely visit AP boutique in Frankfurt!!! Ecellent service! My experience with Giuseppe Ferrentino from AP Frankfurt was remarkable from telling a story behind each interested AP timepiece with spectacular knowladge and treating you as you are the "only" client. Thanks AP and thanks Giuseppe!!! You guys are the BEST!

Very good sellers and great customer service. They are friendly and helpful. They fixed my watch without an appointment and offered my a cup of coffee. The store is luxury and neat

This Audemars Piguet Boutique is a world class example of how every luxury watch seller is supposed to serve, interact and inform their customers. The entire boutique team is as professional as you would expect it and furthermore extremely passionated about these individual time pieces. Guiseppe Ferrentino - in particular - took so much time in order to make my stay unforgettable, explained everything about AP as a brand including their history and - of course - all about their incredible watches. You immediately feel like becoming part of the AP Family.
