I had a terrible shopping experience in this shop. There was a staff treated me not only unfriendly and also rude. After months considering, I crystal sure that was racism. Now Cos is not longer my favorite brand and I won’t buy anything from cos anymore.

My favorite brand! The staff from the men’s department in the Frankfurt location are fantastic (especially Dennis).They are always well dressed, professional and friendly. The so called luxury brands could learn a thing or two from the management of this store and other COS stores I have visited across Europe and North American. Only wish the men’s department in Frankfurt was a bit bigger.

Very unpleasant experience, i asked one of the ladies working there in regards to one of the bags she wasn’t interested in assisting me, she didn’t event take the time to actually look at me when saying that I had to wait a minute.

Shop I like in this town. Items are bit limited due to shop size but, you can have a look at the selection of this brand. One thing I like for this shop is that the staff are always very stylish and looks very nice.

When I found this brand, I wear mostly them. True ♥
