Bad experience my first time with Lufthansa.
The flight from Frankfurt to beuirt in 13 may 2022 it delayed the next departure is in 7:30.
5 times we changed the gates all our time is going from gate to other.
They dont appreciate that there is an old people and Babies

Change understandably happens. Sadly LH would allow purchase ‘without seat assignments’ for a family with 4 young children strange. Then LH would not assign seats until check in, only ‘hoping’ to have the young children sit with their parents. Unnecessary stress for a family. Unacceptable, need some customer care improvements. Cannot recommend.

THE WORST AIRLINES COMPANY EVER ! They lost my luggage it’s already almost 2 months and i still did not get my luggage. Also ignored all my e-mails about my compensation in which I have totally right ! Would never do this mistake again and travel with them !!!

I used to like Lufthansa. But is has gone bad. Very bad. Delayed flight. Avoiding paying compensation. No customer service. Etc. Etc.

we have check in and they send us message that we can drop off our aircraft small luggages because the plane is full
We were waiting over 50 minutes at lufthansa check in because the drop off couldn’t be with other way and we arrived at the departure exit almost last after a speed run
In lufthansa chech in was only 3-4 rude persons for over 200 people who want to check in

2 months waiting for my luggage, no one is contacting me back and they don't compensate eather! Worse customer service ever. This is FRAUD!

We had a great experience with Lufthansa.
Service was great as well as the prices because we got my ticket kind of last minute.

They arranged our seats together without charging any extra fee.

For an hour and twenty minutes of flight, they still gave us a sandwich and drinks to all. Which nowadays you don't see with others.
