NH Hotel Frankfurt Flughafen

My daughter and I and my 2 year old Granddaughter stayed at this hotel the night of July 28th, 2022 and really enjoyed our stay during an extremely hectic time. The concierge that night was the nicest person, helpful and gracious and just all around so welcoming. Rooms were very clean and the AC was a bonus after during these very hot days.

Positive: I¿ve stayed here before. It¿s not warm and fuzzy but that¿s not want you want. It¿s a highly functional hotel that does exactly what it should be doing. I love this hotel. Negative: I do understand that prices fluctuate due to demand and seasonal use, but it was a huge shock to pay ¿ 83 in May and then ¿233 just 2 months later. Oh well, I do love the hotel anyways.

Great room, staff, and dinner. Wonderful location to airport. Shuttle was free but could had stop at both terminals. Would high recommend

Out of the way if you are using public transport. They don't run a 24hr shuttle to our surprise. If you have an early flight you might as well stay in the city center, where you can get a direct train to the airport, as it will take an hour or so using public transport from this hotel, which is way too long and doesnt make sense. Otherwise you pay ridiculous money for a taxi. So not really an airport hotel... disappointing.

Edit: ac doesn't work. No chance to sleep on a warm evening.

Nice room and nice bed that true! Price very high for the food and mainly for breakfast. But the worst it is that if you stay one night alone and you watch TV, no movie channel at all, really bad to watch news all night.

Restaurant was good. Room was basic but clean. The whole check-in / check-out process however was inefficient and not friendly. I called the hotel a month after my stay asking why my deposit wasn’t released yet and the answer from the front desk was not at all friendly.

The hotel in general is very well run with their staff top notch.
The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a large variety of fruits, juices, hot and cold food, fresh rolls of multiple sorts and freshly made individual coffee (or tea). It couldn't be better.
The hotel staff is efficient and MOST FRIENDLY, particularly Sina at breakfast, and Patrick at dinner, and Andrea behind the check-in desk.
The rooms, all recently renovated, were very clean and well cared for and the beds were outstanding.
The shuttle bus from the Frankfurt Airport directly to the hotel runs twice an hour and is serviced by"Hi,", a very friendly driver, always willing to help with the luggage.
All in all, a great experience at a hotel only 10 minutes from the airport.
