I was very impressed by Gladys dedication and helpfulness. I wanted to purchase the cartier tank and she even tried to get it for me from another shop. Gladys was always friendly, smiling and helpful and I felt very welcomed. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends. It was such an great experience and I again want to thank Gladys for her work and help! Excellent customer service!! Gladys is a true asset to the company and I am so very impressed with the way she helped me buy the watch.

Very nice selection and even better staff. I had a very good service and recommendations from the staff when it comes to "my" watch. As we've been short before departure and the activation of the guarantee card was not possible due to technical issues, the ladies sent those to my home address and therefore I could without any stress start my vacation with my new watch. Thanks to the staff for making the beginning of my vacation even nicer. Free espresso and water whilst shortening the watch was the "cherry on the cake " in regards to perfect service.

I visited the shop today. The sales lady Nahid was very polite and helpful. She helped me pick out a leather strap for my vintage watch and replaced it without me asking for it. She was very attentive and quick. She also changed the buckle from silver to gold. I surely will return and visit the store on my next trip. Nahid also made sure I had not to wait to long. While she was replacing the strap, I payed with her colleague. She took very good care of me as a customer with not much time catching my flight. Thank you Nahid.

Popped in to the store in Frankfurt airport for help when my watch bracket lost a pin during a flight. Helped by Zhang who was polite, helpful and had my watch fixed in a couple of minutes. That’s great service - thank you

Dardic was really helpful. My watch had a broken pin in the bracelet from my travels and she replaced it in an instant without asking for anything. Very good services.
