Very pleasant place to wait for your next flight. The lounge offers dedicated security screening and customs so you don’t have to worry before boarding your flight.
2 rooms are offered to get some sleep and complete showers with bathtub as well.
Only reason why not giving 5 stars is since staff should be better trained in how to handle COVID requirements for next destination. (That was a headache, since I’m aware of international travel; I was able to get out from that issue)
Overall, good food u0026 drinks and it is very quiet.

The Lufthansa First Class Terminal is located separate from the main terminals. This means that in practice, it is a departure terminal. You can access it from the main terminals by exiting the front, following signs to the taxi stand off to the left, then continuing past. I've been there twice, once in 2019 and once a few days ago, and it really hasn't changed.

The Good: there seems to be sufficient seating. It is very well-staffed, and the staff members are willing to go well out of their way to keep you comfortable. Selection of beverages, including liquors, is excellent, and there's both a buffet and a la carte option for food; I've only ever had a handful of items from the buffet line because the aircraft keep me well-fed, but they seem to have this in order. They have very comfortable private shower rooms, and clean and private bathrooms. Limo service to your departing flight is both convenient and luxurious.

The Not-So-Good: so let's get it straight, there's nothing bad here. But as a luxury service, it must get graded accordingly. First, there should be access from the main terminal, whether it's getting picked up at the plane or something more mundane like at least a dedicated covered walkway; which being a departure terminal is fine for Germans in the Frankfurt area, it's rather inconvenient to reach for those taking a connecting flight. Also, there need to be more than two sleeping rooms; while once again this reflects its status as a departure terminal, they should make up their mind as to whether to have 0, or something more realistic like 6-8. That's about it though.

The best way to start your trip anywhere. Professional staff take care of you from the minute you enter the building and until you are driven with a luxury car to your aircraft. The security check takes place in the terminal so once you are driven to the aircraft you have no further stops. Even passports are checked in the building by the police. The food is excellent and the wine selection quite good. The bar is fantastic with everything you could possibly want. There are sleeping rooms and showers and even a cigar lounge. In addition, there are working rooms available to make your stay efficient.

The PERFECT place to wait for your first class flight. The amenities can be seen from the web page so I will only point out what struck me: An amazing rum-bar including 30y/o rums, 20y/o Colombian rum ... absolutely delicious and a must for the pure rum connoisseur. The personal assistance is unique, security and border check are taken care of and totally separate just for first class - THIS is how jet travel should begin.

If you are landing and get the Porsche to take you directly - pretty awesome experience, great lounge, bespoke service and food/drinks. But if you are coming in from the Domestic terminal, it's quite confusing to get to, you literally exit the terminal and walk 15 mins outside to a not very well marked building. There should be a service from the Domestic terminal to take you there - but alas all was forgotten when it was my time to board and the Porsche took me directly to my plane...
