The Lufthansa First Class Terminal is located separate from the main terminals. This means that in practice, it is a departure terminal. You can access it from the main terminals by exiting the front, following signs to the taxi stand off to the left, then continuing past. I've been there twice, once in 2019 and once a few days ago, and it really hasn't changed.
The Good: there seems to be sufficient seating. It is very well-staffed, and the staff members are willing to go well out of their way to keep you comfortable. Selection of beverages, including liquors, is excellent, and there's both a buffet and a la carte option for food; I've only ever had a handful of items from the buffet line because the aircraft keep me well-fed, but they seem to have this in order. They have very comfortable private shower rooms, and clean and private bathrooms. Limo service to your departing flight is both convenient and luxurious.
The Not-So-Good: so let's get it straight, there's nothing bad here. But as a luxury service, it must get graded accordingly. First, there should be access from the main terminal, whether it's getting picked up at the plane or something more mundane like at least a dedicated covered walkway; which being a departure terminal is fine for Germans in the Frankfurt area, it's rather inconvenient to reach for those taking a connecting flight. Also, there need to be more than two sleeping rooms; while once again this reflects its status as a departure terminal, they should make up their mind as to whether to have 0, or something more realistic like 6-8. That's about it though.
