So far so good. They get 5 stars just for not being their neighbor Hertz which has stiffed me a couple of times despite me being a 5 Star member.

I order and paid for my car online and everything went smoothly at the desk. It only took about 5 minutes despite it being 9 pm. I'm taking off 1 star because the car had only 7/8ths of a tank of gas.

I will update this and remove or add stars if the rental goes south.

Waited over 1 hour to get a compact car.
I booked a SVU. Got told no SVU available at the moment. Rip off
Air conditioning didn’t work and error messages on dashboard.
Now they invoiced me 3.78 euro / liter since tank wasn’t completely full. I do not recommend

Zhun die an incredible job of accommodating our extra need for space by giving us a wonderful upgrade. Very nice attention to detail and good customer service in every sense, highly recommendable both the company and the employee!

Amir Caplja and Hiruan Karimpur were amazing today! Such amazing and hard workers. We were very frazzled coming off of our flight this morning and Amir was so helpful and kind getting us set up with our car. He even came down to the parking lot to help us out when we couldn't figure out the Navi system. Lol 10/10 recommend their service and would come back to receive help from them again!

We booked a car more than a week in advance, after 8 hours flight we came to pick up and they didn't have any cars available, they told us we have to wait for two and a half hour. Very disappointing!

It is my third time as I hire a car from enterprise/Alamo
Every time I experience fine service
I picked up and dropped off the car with representative Amanullah Nassery, which is brilliant employee , very happy to help and plenty of smile and good attitude towards the client
Also I got a free upgrade which really cheered me up as I was going to travel around over the weekend
Great drive, great service
Well done ????

Travelled from Vancouver to Frankfurt 2 weeks ago and rented a car from Alamo at airport location. Everything from the pick up to return was great. The pick up process was very smooth, efficient and hassle free. No line ups or long waits.

Especially, I would like to thank Issa Jannati, who helped with the return and made the process very convenient and memorable. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently.

I will definitely continue my business with them during my future trips to Germany.
