A nice respite from the stress of travel these days. We had a long layover and were lucky enough to score a seat during busy lunchtime. Good food and decent service, and a pleasant environment to have a proper lunch between long flights.

Restaurant is very busy. The staffs were friendly and their service are very efficient . Cakes are excellent , many german dishes, and burgers in menu ….. craft beer I love the most. I do highly recommended if you want some good german food, and good draft beers with a view of the airport.

This restaurant has a first-come-first-serve ideology. It’s a battlefield in terms of finding a table that is free instead of them seating guests as they come. Of course, this allows them to maximize the amount of business they get while attending only to the guests already seated. There is a large selection of food choices from burgers, to schnitzel, to Wurstsalat, to fish u0026 chips. Almost anyone will find *something* on the menu they like.
I was surprised they didn’t have Käsespätzle.
Service is pretty quick once you are seated and they do a good job of cleaning/sanitizing the table before you order.
I had the 2 Frikadellen, and was a bit disappointed because it was quite dry and a bit over cooked, but not bad for airport food.
If you are fancying a meal between flights it is ok.

Really nice food and good prices but the service was awful. The ordering was hurried and when I asked to get the beverages first the worker said “I don’t know my shift has ended”

We had the chop salad with chicken and the weiner schnitzel (and of gourmet the original German beer).

Best airport food I've had in a long time. Totally delicious.

This is the place to stop for a meal in the Frankfurt airport.

The hamburger was ok and the fries too. Service not friendly. Prices are as all the airports, expensive. Big Water bottle (0,75 L) costs 7,90€.
